Commercial installations require scheduled, regular maintenance to comply with BC Technical Services. Western Elevator services products we install to ensure reliable, long-term use. We will also use our comprehensive checklist to review or test parts and components, replacing any worn parts to ensure the safety of your lift or elevator. Proper maintenance is critical as a preventative measure to breakdowns.
Residential lifts and elevators also require scheduled maintenance to keep them working safely and help increase their longevity. A maintenance checklist is used to make sure all parts and components are reviewed and replacement of worn parts is done as per manufacturer directives.
Manufacturer warranties usually stipulate that scheduled maintenance be performed by an authorized dealer. At Western Elevator, we work hard to keep your lift or elevator working well for years.
