You may require an architect depending on our project. We offer certain home elevators that do not require major renovations such as the Luma through-floor lift and the Savaria Vuelift panoramic elevator. After a site visit, we can recommend options for you.

Typically you will need a space of about 5 feet by 5 feet for a home elevator that uses a hoistway. The Vuelift Mini needs only a 50 inch footprint and can often fit inside wraparound or spiral staircases. Call us to explore the options if you have limited space.

Yes! We install many Savaria wheelchair lifts outside as they are manufactured to withstand Canadian weather. Enclosure lifts also offer weather protection for the user and are ideal for those rainy days.

Yes. Western installs many stairlifts in public buildings, including churches. All public building installations must be inspected to meet TSBC standards and have additional installation requirements. We can provide a quotation that includes the costs to meet these standards.
