Service Trouble Calls
If you experience trouble with your stairlift, porchilift or elevator, please telephone us, and we will send a service technician on a trouble call. We do service some equipment installed by other companies.
Regular Maintenance
Without regular maintenance, you may experience problems with your lift. Because your lift is a mechanical device, it does require regular maintenance. As with vehicles, maintenance for your lift is a preventative measure to help prevent costly trouble calls and repairs.
In commercial applications, it is mandatory to have a maintenance contract with a minimum of 4 maintenance calls per year.
In private residences, we recommend 2 to 4 maintenance inspections per year, depending on the type of equipment.
We will be happy to provide a maintenance contract for your new or existing lift equipment.
Below is a sample of the multi-point checklist our technician completes when maintaining your lift equipment (some items are not applicable for some types of lift equipment):
